Rendoor provides professional property maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting and decorating, handyman services, locksmith services, gardening, cleaning, and general property maintenance.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. • Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and may be revised if additional work or unforeseen issues are identified after inspection.

3. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability. • Appointment dates and times are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices include labour unless otherwise stated. • Materials, parking charges, congestion charges, permits, specialist equipment, and waste disposal costs may be charged separately where applicable. • Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Late payments may incur interest and reasonable recovery costs where permitted by law.

5. Additional Work

If additional work is required that was not included in the original quotation, Rendoor will notify the customer and obtain approval before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to: • Provide accurate information regarding the property and required work. • Ensure safe and unrestricted access to the work area. • Remove valuable or fragile items where necessary. • Obtain any permissions required from landlords, management companies, or local authorities.

7. Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a charge. • Rendoor reserves the right to charge for missed appointments or cancellations made with insufficient notice where our technicians have already been dispatched.

8. Workmanship Guarantee

• Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, unless otherwise stated. • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products supplied. • This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, third-party alterations, or issues unrelated to our workmanship.

9. Liability

• Rendoor maintains appropriate public liability insurance. • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from our services. • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Delays

Rendoor shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, supplier shortages, traffic disruption, utility failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
